What’s On

There’s lots to see and do in the Winchelsea Beach area including lovely walks and the beach direct from Forget Me Not’s front door.  Facilities include a Coop Supermarket, family run cafe, Suttons Fish Shop and The Ship Pub, which has a great menu using local produce, and a butcher and deli on site, see their website https://www.shipwinchelseabeach.com/.
Rye Harbour Nature reserve is right on our doorstep and it’s an easy level walk to the Reserve and to Rye Harbour village where there’s a good pub, a cafe and a tea room.  If you prefer to drive you can reach Rye Harbour is around 10 minutes and park in the large car park.

Rye Bay E-bikes will hire you a bike to enjoy the surrounding area, they offer a transfer service if you hire one of their bikes for the week and prefer to travel to Forget Me Not by public transport.  Just contact us and them, see their website Rye Bay E-bikes

Pub 31 has live music mostly at holiday times i.e. Easter and Bank Holidays
Rye is a level easy walk from Forget Me Not, or you can drive there in around 10 minutes to enjoy the interesting historical buildings and varied shops.
